I worked as interpreter with the group of Americans when I was on the first year of the University. Later the guy from USA spent with us two semesters teaching us the oral speech, so we talked a lot. Besides I attended a couple of lectures read by a British lady (still not sure what was her profession though...) and was kind of proud that I actually can understand her. )))))) |

its interering:) actually one american woman has come to our school too, but unfortunately at that time I was in hospital... so I have missed such opportunity... but as I understand almost every friend of mine understood what she talked about so I think that I would undertand her too:) |

I am sure what she wanted to speak very understandable, because "native" american speaks not so quickly but not understandable, and I have spoken with many Americans, and I am sure, if they do not want to your understanding, you'll never understand them. |

And I think if you speaks with native speakers by ISQ or MSN, telefon, it is not so usefull. You must see him or her, no matter, must feel them. Is there anybody who knows anything like vkontakte but in USA? |
